B4B Payments prepaid Mastercard® Terms and Conditions. The following Terms & Conditions definitions apply to UK issued B4B Payments clients
and cardholders.

Client Terms & Conditions

Enterprise Client:

is a business which both: (a) employs more than 10 people; and (b) has a turnover or annual balance sheet exceeding £2 million.

Small Business Client:

(a) employs fewer than 10 people; and (b) has a turnover or annual balance sheet that does not exceed £2 million. Or a charity is a body whose annual income is less than £1 million and is: (a) in England and Wales, a charity as defined by section 1(1) of the Charities Act 2011; (b) in Scotland, a charity as defined by section 106 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005; or (c) in Northern Ireland, a charity as defined by section 1(1) of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

Small Business Corporate Terms

For customers who have applied as of 28th January 2026 the terms and conditions v2.0 apply. For existing customers (i.e. live customers/applications prior to 28th January 2026) your original terms and conditions (v1.6) are set out here for Enterprise and here for Small Business and will still be relevant until 28th February 2026 from which date the new terms and conditions will apply, as per the notification issued to you.

B4B wants to ensure our customers know that their security is of the utmost importance. As such, we will never ask you to tell us your passwords, card PINs or One-Time Passcodes (OTPs).

At B4B Payments, we have taken all necessary steps to secure customer data and protect their privacy. Our systems have been designed with numerous layers of encryption and stringent firewalls. We use a combination of biometrics, two-factor authentication and other methods when customers access our services online or via our app.
